Multitasking

In our day-to-day lives we are constantly bombarded with information from multiple competing sources. How do we ignore competing information or use information to switch to a new task? We have developed a novel 'volitional multitasking' paradigm to explore these questions.

Senior Ashlyn Wilson used eye-tracking to explore fixations and pupil dilation during multitasking. She has presented this work at the regional ARMADILLO conference and at the 2023 Texas A&M Institute for Neuroscience Symposium.
